Chef/Owner Chris Pastor	Chef/Owner: Chris Pastor, born of Italian / Colombian decent. Found his love of cooking out of necessity, having to cook for his younger brother as at the age of 9 while their parents worked several jobs. That curiosity turned into great passion which led to the creation of new and exciting recipes. After years of being self taught, he received classical training at the Art Institute. There he learned cuisines from all over the world which have inspired enhancements to their menus and experience. Previous experience includes restaurants and mass entertainment catering.

Sous-Chef Brian Brocatto	Sous-Chef: Brian A. Brocatto Studied at the Art institute of Jacksonville, Brian discovered his passion during school. His world cuisine training opened his eyes and sparked creativity. He has a strong passion for Asian food, above all else. Brian has experience in restaurants in Jacksonville fl. A military man for the U.S Army, he is someone who doesn't settle for less. Has a love for the arts, which feeds his senses and helps him enhance his creations.

A Tazza è Cafè is a catering and event planning company that serves all of Florida, based out of Miami and Jacksonville. It is owned and operated by Chef Chris Pastor who opened the company along with Sous-Chef Brian Brocatto in 2008. We cater to all events, big or small; anything from baby showers, to meetings, to weddings, without putting a hole in your pocket.
